Parking is in the parking lot next to the of f ice against building (first six spaces) or behind our of fice located at the corner of Grand and Garrett. Enter our office through the front entrance on Grand Avenue.

From Garden State Parkway North or Route 4 East: North to Exit 161 (Rout e 4 East). Proceed about t hree miles. See exit sign on right Grand Avenue: Leonia/Engle wood. Take the second Grand Avenue exit sign Grand Avenue/Englewood. At st op sign take a r ight. At the next stop sign take another r ight onto Grand Avenue. The doctor's of fice is five blocks on the left .

From Garden State Parkway South: South to Exit 163 (Route 17 South). Proceed about one mile. Stay in right lane and exit onto Route 4 East. See directions above. From Inters t ate 80 Eas t : Stay right for Local Exit lanes; becomes I-95 North.

From Inters t ate 95 Nor th (New Jersey Tur npike): Stay to r ight for Local Exit lanes toward Eng lewood and George Washington Bridge. Take Exit 71 Broad Avenue-Leonia/Englewood. Of f t he exit ramp turn right ont o Broad Avenue. At second light turn left onto Van Nostrand. At next light turn right ont o Grand Avenue. The doctor's office is five block s on the left.

From Palisades Inters t ate Parkway: South to Exit 1 (Palisades Avenue). Turn right off exit onto Palisades Avenue. Continue until one block past Grand Avenue and turn left onto Dean Street (one way stree t). Go three blocks and turn lef t ont o Linden Avenue. Take the next left turn onto Grand Avenue (one way street). The doctor's office is one block on t he left.

From George Washington Bridge or Route 4 West: Take upper or lower level (upper prefer red) and stay in middle lanes. Follow signs for Route 4. See exit sign for Grand Avenue: Engle wood/Leonia. Take t he first Grand Avenue exit. Continue straight ahead on Grand Avenue (one way s treet). The doctor's of f ice is f ive block s on the left.

Directions to Fairlawn Office

Garden State Parkway North - To Exit 160- Fair Lawn. Turn left at traffic light off of exit onto Paramus Road, just past Garden State Plaza Shopping Mall. Proceed to 3rd traffic light (past Wendy's fast food restawant and over a ramp), turn right at sign for Route 4-West/208 North. Merge onto Route 4 West. Stay in right lane. You will quickly see a sign for the Saddle River Road (North) exit. Take this exit, bear right, and the doctor's office is located three blocks on the left.

Garden State Parkway South - To Exit 163, Route 17 South. Stay in right lane and exit onto Route 4 West. Stay in right lane and exit onto Route 4 West. Proceed approximately one mile past the Route 4/17 intersection to Saddle River Road (North). Stay in the right lane. Take this exit, bear right, and the doctor's office is located three blocks on the left.

Route 4 Westbound - Proceed approximately one mile past the Route 4/17 intersection. Stay in the right lane. Take the exit for Saddle River Road (North). The doctor's office is located three blocks on the left.

Route 4 Eastbound - East to Paramus Road/Ridgewood sign, just before Wendy's fast food restaurant. Merge onto Paramus Road just over the ramp, take the first exit on the right, 4 West/208 North. Merge onto Route 4 West. Stay in the right lane. You will quickly see a sign for the Saddle River Road (North) exit. Turn right off exit, bear right, and the doctor's office is located 3 blocks on the left.

Route 208 South - Take the Plaza Road/Fair Lawn exit. There is a Mobil gas station at this exit. Turn right at end of exit onto Plaza Road. At first traffic light, turn left onto Morlot Ave. (Citgo and Gulf gas stations). Bear left up ramp over Route 208. Continue to next traffic light and turn right onto Saddle River Road.The doctor's office is lone block on the right.

Route 80 Eastbound - Exit 62A Saddle Brook. Follow signs to Garden State Parkway North. Follow directions above from GSP North. This is several minutes quicker than taking Saddle River Road exit off Route 80, however, there is one toll booth charge.

Directions to Northvale Office

From the South - Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway North to Exit 5 south. Continue off the exit ramp which lead you to Route 303 south, which will become Livingston Street. Proceed to Paris Avenue and make a left. After the railroad tracks the entrance to the Park Medical Office will be on the left. Active Foot and Ankle is located inside the Park Medical Office.

From the North - Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Exit 5 south. Continue off the exit ramp, which lead you to Route 303 south, which will become Livingston Street. From the South via Knickerbocker Road

Take Knickerbocker road North. After entering into Closter the road will change into Livingston Street and continue north. Proceed to Paris Avenue and make a right. After the railroad tracks the entrance to the Park Medical Office will be on the left. Active Foot and Ankle is located inside the Park Medical Office.

From the West via Washington Ave

Proceed on Washington Avenue going east through Westwood. At the intersection of Broadway (center of Westwood at the Railroad tracks) turn right at Broadway and the road turns into Old Hook Road. Proceed on Old Hook Road to Knickerbocker Road and turn left, continuing north. After entering Closter the road will change into Livingston Street and continue north. . Proceed to Paris Avenue and make a right. After the railroad tracks the entrance to the Park Medical Office will be on the left. Active Foot and Ankle is located inside the Park Medical Office.

From 23 Southbound (Butler) - Continue past Route 287 (stay in right lane) and at the first traffic light turn right onto Windbeam Road. Take the second entrance for our parking lot. The doctor's office is thru the font entrance door to the right.

From 23 Northbound (Wayne) - Exit at Newark Pompton Turnpike at Western Blvd., just before traffic light (note there is more than one exit for Newark Pompton Turnpike, please exit by the Amoco gas on corner, across from our Riverdale South Office Building). Bear left at stop sign and go straight across Route 23 (thru traffic light) onto Woodbeam Rd. Take the second entrance for our parking lot. The doctor's office is thru the front entrance door to the right.

From 287 North (Morristown)

Take exit 52A Riverdale/Wayne which puts you onto 23 South. Stay in right lane and at first traffic light turn right onto Windbeam Rd. Take the second entrance for our parking lot. The doctor's office is thru the front entrance door to the right.

From 287 South (Mahwah)

Take exit 52A-B Riverdale/Wayne/Butler to exit 52A which puts you onto 23 South. Stay in right lane and at first traffic light turn right onto Windbeam Rd. Take the second entrance for our parking lot. The doctor's office is thru the front entrance door to the right.

From 46 Eastbound (Pinebrook)

Follow signs for 23 North, Butler. See directions above for 23 North.

From 46 Westbound (Clifton)

Follow signs for 23 North, Butler/Wayne. See directions above for 23 North.

From 80 Westbound (Saddle Brook)

Proceed west to exit 53, Route 23 North (Wayne/Butler/Verona). Follow signs for 23 North Butler. See directions above for 23 North.

From 80 Eastbound (Denville)

Proceed east to exit 53 (Wayne/Clifton). Merge onto Route 46 East. Stay in right lane and take the next exit, Riverview Dr. and follow signs for 23 North, Butler/Wayne. See directions for 23 North overpass. Cross back over Route 46 and get onto Route 46 West. Stay in the right lane.

From 208 North (Oakland)

Follow to 287 South (Oakland/Morristown). See directions above for 287 South.
